The team of Soviet Union (USSR) gold winner of Rome 1983, European Championships. The team: Sharonov, Sedov, Prokopchuk, Grishin, Naumov, Kabanov, Kotenko, Shagaev, Mshvenieradze, Ivanov, Mendygaliev, Smirnov and Giorgadze. Ranking: 1. USSR, 2. Hungary, 3. Spain.
