Ozren Bonacic: The giant of "Mladost", Zagreb

Ozren Bonacic was born in Zagreb on 5 January 1942. As player of "Mladost" Zagreb he has been one of the best Yugoslavian players of the 60’s and 70’s. He played 96 games with the National team of Yugoslavia, winning the silver in Tokyo, 1964 and the gold in Mexico 1968 Olympic Games. He won the bronze into three European Championships: Utrecht 1966, Barcelona 1970 and Vienna 1974. With "Mladost" Zagreb he won several Yugoslavian Championships and on 1968, 1969, 1970 and 1972 he won the European Cup for Champion winners. Ozren Bonacic has been successful coach of Mladost Zagreb and Brescia Italy.
